University of Reading ได้ลงทุนมากกว่า 500 ล้านปอนด์เพื่อพัฒนาและปรับปรุงในส่วนต่าง ๆ ภายใน Campus ของมหาวิทยาลัยซึ่งได้รับรางวัลในทศวรรษที่ผ่านมา โดยได้สร้างที่พักให้น้อง ๆ นักศึกษา และมีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกด้านการสอนใหม่ ซึ่งหลายแห่งตั้งอยู่ภายในพื้นที่ 130 เฮกตาร์ของสวนสาธารณะที่สวยงาม สิ่งเหล่านี้ทําให้ Whiteknights Campus ของ Reading ได้รับรางวัล Green Flag Award ติดต่อกันเป็นครั้งที่ 13 ในปี 2023

University of Reading มีนักศึกษามากกว่า 27,000 คน จากประมาณ 160 ประเทศ  และยังมี Henley Business School ซึ่งก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี 1945 เป็นหนึ่งใน Business School ที่เก่าแก่ที่สุดในสหราชอาณาจักร  ที่ได้รับการยอมรับอย่างกว้างขวางในด้านความหลากหลายในระดับสากล โดยที่นี่มีนักวิชาการ 150 คนจาก 18 ประเทศและนักเรียนกว่า 7,000 คนจากกว่า 140 ประเทศอีกด้วยค่ะ
